Field teams install under time pressure. Give them a numbered sequence, a photo of the finished bay, and a list of what to leave with the store manager. Skip motivational language; they need clip types, spare quantities, and who to call if a header does not fit the gondola height.

For Bangkok and regional lists, note format differences—convenience versus hypermarket—on the allocation sheet. Pack format-specific graphics in separate sleeves so the wrong header never reaches the wrong door. After week one, review the issue log and print a corrected spare wave if needed.
