These Terms of Use govern access to storage-cloudhub.digital (the “Site”) operated by Storage Cloudhub Trade Marketing (“we”, “us”), located at 278 Plapplachai Road, Pomprap, Bangkok, 10100, Thailand.
Acceptance
By browsing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site. Project work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement once both parties accept it.
Services described
The Site describes trade marketing services for in-store communication systems, including POS displays, wayfinding, shelf-edge kits, end-caps, screen playlists, and multi-store rollouts. Descriptions and prices are informational. They are not an offer to sell goods online and do not create a binding contract until we issue and you accept a written proposal.
No online payments
We do not process payments or operate checkout on this Site. Any fees for services are invoiced under a separate commercial arrangement.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, layout, and brand marks, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse Site materials without written permission. Project artwork delivered under a client agreement is licensed as stated in that agreement.
User submissions
When you send a contact form or email, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have authority to share it. You must not submit unlawful, confidential third-party, or harmful content.
Accuracy
We aim to keep service descriptions current. Timelines and starting prices may change with scope, print vendor costs, and store list size. We may update the Site without notice.
Third-party links and images
External links and image sources are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from Site use. Our liability related to the Site itself is limited to the amount you paid us specifically to access paid Site features—which is zero, because the Site is free to browse.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
